Perimeter Fence Wires and Scoreboard Construction
This product, which ensures that professional football games can be played more comfortably, provides a flawless appearance by laying the ground. The raw material of the yarn used is 100% PE LSR Xtreme Fibrillated Yarn. The single-layer weight of the base cloth, made of 100% PP with felt and fiber additives, is 165gr per square meter. Thanks to the drainage holes on it, it allows water to pass through and dries faster than natural grass in rainy weather. The total pile height is 116mm, and the total pile weight is 1300 gr. Light green, dark green, and verde green color options are available. The roll size is custom-designed according to the dimensions of the field to be created. The seams of the carpet are glued with polyester tape and double-component adhesive to prevent them from opening. The line widths of 5cm, 8cm, 10cm, and 12cm are determined according to the customer's request. Perimeter fence wires, made to protect the field from external factors and to prevent the ball from going out of bounds during play, are applied with a mesh spacing of 50mm. This wire, necessary for the construction of an indoor artificial turf field, is stretched at a height of 4 meters from inside the field. It is laid around the field using galvanized dip PVC coated helical wire mesh with a wire thickness of 3.6mm.
Specification for Open Artificial Turf Field Construction
Excavation work begins to prepare the designated area for the construction of an open artificial turf field. Formwork for beams is created at specific dimensions, and they are bent into stirrups and connected at the 4 corners with beams. After the reinforced concrete beam is constructed, gravel is poured on top and compacted. The construction of an open artificial turf field goes through similar stages as the construction of an indoor artificial turf field. The only difference is that the top is not covered with a tarp. Iron bars are placed around the field, and the perimeter is covered with wire fencing and netting. A total of 16 lamps of 400 watts each are mounted on the long sides of the field, 8 on the right and 8 on the left. The goal back areas are covered with nets made of 100% polyamide yarn, with number 120 for the goal backs and number 66 for the field. Steel ropes with a thickness of 4mm are stretched in 4 layers along the long sides and goal backs of the field. The scoreboard, designed especially for amateur football and used in mini football fields, is easily installed thanks to its ergonomic control panel and can be used for years without damage.
