Construction to Be Undertaken on a Giant Plot of Land in Konya's Meram District

It has been announced that a giant plot of land has been put up for sale in Konya's Meram district. The 244,060 square meter plot, put up for sale by Omurga Park Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ., is awaiting its buyer through a consultancy firm via sealed bid. Due to the existing activity in the Konya real estate sector, the migration associated with this activity, and the intensive recent work by investors from other provinces concerning Konya, it is stated that this sale is attracting significant interest.

The Plot's Importance is Quite Large

Omurga Yapı General Manager Oğuz Kösebay stated that firms, particularly from Istanbul, are actively working to acquire the plot. He also indicated that the plot's characteristics and the usable commercial area it will offer to the buyer can extend up to 12,500 square meters. Kösebay added that with the right project on the land, the revenue generated could be between 550-600 million TL.
